|Contract type:||· Full-time: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. However, you will be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings, and weekends
· Fixed Term until 30th September 2022 with the potential to extend in line with funding
|Location:||Turf Moor, Harry Potts Way, Burnley BB10 4BX and Leisure Box, Glen Way, Brierfield BB9 5NH. You will be required to work away from these locations as required to fulfil your duties and responsibilities.|

Working closely with the Head of Community Welfare and Inclusion, the successful candidate will play a leading role in developing and delivering a wide range of Health and Wellbeing projects in Burnley, Pendle and the surrounding areas.
Based at both Turf Moor and The Leisure Box, you will be responsible for activating an innovative and impactful health and wellbeing programme for Burnley and Pendle communities that engages the community.
