Designed specially for 15 to 17 year olds, the NCS experience will give you a clearer idea of what you want from your future. NCS provides the buzz of being an adult without the responsibility of being an adult. Over a few weeks it gives teenagers a crash course in life skills that inspire them to feel independent.

First up, you’ll meet loads of new people and battle some outdoor adventures together. In the next week, you’ll be staying away from home and taking on challenges like cooking and public speaking.

Finally, you’ll get your entrepreneurial hats on to think up some ways to do good in your local area. After all of that (and a well-deserved party) you’ll be full to the brim with new-found skills, friends, excitement and motivation that sticks with you for life. So whatever you want to do with your life or whatever you want to change in the world, you can.

Over 500,000 people have already done NCS – want to join them? For just £50, you can enjoy the following four weeks…

Week One – Be Epic! Five-day residential at Butharlyp House outdoor activity centre that focuses on getting you out of your comfort zone.

Week Two – Live Life! Five-day residential at a University campus (IQ Bradford) where you engage in skill-building workshops.

Weeks Three and Four – Do Good! Complete social action in teams where you research, design and implement a project which will positively impact your local community; based at Burnley FC’s Turf Moor stadium.

Followed by… Go Party! A celebration event where you will receive a certificate as an NCS Graduate. The event will also give you the opportunity to share your highlights with parents and guardians.
