During his coaching career, Chris has spotted, recruited and helped to develop a number of players, providing them with a platform to build a football career within the professional game, Under 23 and Under 18 level.

Some of those players include Britt Assombalonga, Flo Bojaj, CJ Hamilton, Josh Wallen, Randell Williams, Mo Sangare, Charlie Beaton, Sam Shaban and Joe Kouadio.

Prior to joining the Burnley FC in the Community Shadow Youth Team, Nathan worked for the Football Club as Pre-Academy Coach. Nathan graduated in Sports Coaching and he has a variety of coaching qualifications, including his UEFA B License.

Nathan has a wealth of coaching experience working with children and young people aged 4-19,  helping those individuals develop and progress as footballers.

Nathan’s biggest achievement so far as a coach is helping guide the BFC SYT Reserve Team to league runners up in the U19 National Football Youth League 16/17 and 17/18 season.

Throughout his coaching career, George has specialised in goalkeeping and has worked with  a variety of different abilities and ages.

George’s role as a Level 3 tutor, Coach and Goalkeeping Coach allows him to fulfil his ambition of working in both education and football. This means George works closely with the players both in the classroom and on the pitch.

The best thing about George’s role is seeing players he has worked with progress into academies, semi pro and even professional football.

Keenan’s favourite part of his role is working with players and watching them progress onto the next level.

Before joining the Shadow Youth Team coaching team, Jordan worked for BFCitC for nearly 6 years coaching participants of various ages and abilities.
