Premier League Primary Stars is the league’s most ambitious project to date. It uses the appeal of the league and professional football clubs to inspire children to learn, be active and develop important life skills, with a view of supporting the development of children holistically and wholesomely.
PL Primary Stars is available to every primary school in England and Wales. It inspires girls and boys aged 5-11, both inside and outside of the classroom, whilst underpinning all elements with outstanding teaching materials that cover English, Maths, PE and teamwork. Also, there’s free to download lesson plans, assemblies and exclusive videos.
The programme seeks to connect learning to the real world of sport, helping teachers to enthuse pupils when tackling challenging PSHE topics such as resilience, diversity, self-esteem and fair play.

At BFCitC, we currently have 30+ schools involved and all staff have completed/are working towards the Association for Physical Education (AfPE) Level 3 Award in Supporting the Delivery of PE and School Sport.
